No matter how much potential you have, it means nothing if you’re not willing to put in the work and make something out of it. Have you been holding back lately?

I’ll give you an example from my writing career. I’ve been putting off learning Tiktok for months. I hear tons of authors in the community raving about the engagement and followers, but I’m scared to make videos. Unless I get over my hesitation and self-doubt, I’ll never find out how great this platform can be for interacting with readers.

I’ve added this to my schedule the week of 2/14. If I really hate the videos I don’t have to post them, but I need to at least take the first step and try creating a few.

Whatever you’ve been putting off, find the smallest next step and take it. Or you’ll never know. The world needs you.
